Nordic walking combines the upper-body motion of cross-country skiing with the benefits of walking.
- Nordic walking burns more calories!
- Walking with poles takes some of the strain off knees.
- It is a great workout for all ages and fitness levels.
When: Tuesdays from 5:30-6:30pm
